Dumb wok
Kang Xi Lai Le is really addictive i'm telling ya. I've been covering my mouth in pathetic attempts to stifle my laughter to prevent Momo and Dada from waking up to glare at me (for waking them up.I have no idea how many episodes i've watched but i'm so going to continue tomorrow. *big big smile* Yes, i've doing nothing but watching Kang Xi. :D And i've got to mention. I totally hate the wok from today onwards. I was initially trying to get something healthy (like finally) and steamed some corn. But the huge glop of butter (not magarine, real creamy butter) i spread on the corn is so scary that i thought it was too greasy myself. Ahem, i digress. I meant to talk about the wok. The flame was happily heating up the wok for the first five minutes and i thought i should be able to turn it to a smaller flame as i bring my lappie from the room to the kitchen. But half way through the living room (not even at my room yet), the stove went "bom" and the flame went out. I went O.O and was like, damn. I switched the gas off and had to fan the area and wait for a little before i can relight it again. I was just playing safe though i doubt that's neccessary. In during that 30 seconds of so, i thought of shifting the wok to the one beside it with a smaller flame. And i regret after trying to pick the wok up. It was hot AND heavy. And when i finally did, i realized it couldn't be placed on top without the holder. And the holder is at the one with the largest flame. Plus it would be sucidial to try and move the holder then as it was freaking hot. Then i have to move that really heavy wok back. I swear, even fighting Gary's arms while trying to attack/snatch things away from him is easier in compared with shifting the wok. *scream* Ahhhhs. I shouldn't start ranting. For i'm really really really tired now. I initially wanted to sleep but blame Kang Xi. It was too addictive. Grrrs. My eyes are begging me to close now. So... JA NE!! :D |
